Article 25 Conferral of implementing powers The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules for: (a) the submission and the acceptance of the application for a decision, referred to in Article 22(1) and (2); (b) taking the decision referred to in Article 22, including, where appropriate, the consultation of the Member States concerned; (c) monitoring a decision, in accordance with Article 23(5). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4).
