Article 193 Conferral of implementing powers The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, measures on the verification of the customs declaration, the examination and sampling of goods and the results of the verification. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). Section 2 Release
