Amendments to Directive (EU) 2019/904
Directive (EU) 2019/904 is amended as follows:
(1)
Article 2 is amended as follows:
(a)
paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:
‘2. Where this Directive conflicts with Directive 94/62/EC or 2008/98/EC, this Directive shall prevail unless provided otherwise by Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1).
