Article 63 Conferral of implementing powers The Commission shall adopt, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules for the provision and verification of the proof of origin referred to in Article 61. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). Section 2 Preferential origin
