Article 181 Conferral of implementing powers The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules concerning: (a) the centralised clearance, including the relevant customs formalities and controls, referred to in Article 179; (b) the waiver from the obligation for goods to be presented referred to in Article 182(3) in the context of centralised clearance. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4).
